​At Wrap Things, we take great pride in delivering exceptional catering services for your special events. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, please review our refund policy below:
Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your event date and covers initial preparation costs.
Cancellations by the Client

If you choose to cancel your event for any reason:

No refunds will be issued for deposits or payments already made.

Any outstanding balance may still be due, depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date and any unrecoverable costs incurred.
Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that Wrap Things must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances:

You will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.
Event Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate the new date. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing, and approval is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Unforseen Circumstances
We are not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies). In such cases, we may offer a credit or attempt to reschedule, but refunds are not guaranteed.
